Let’s hit the racks together! I’ll guide you through a curated thrift trip where we find pieces that match your energy, body, and lifestyle.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation I reserve time on my calendar specifically for your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled under 24 hours may forfeit the deposit or be charged a late-cancellation fee. Running Late Life happens — I get it. I allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, the session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on the day’s schedule. Closet Makeover Session Length & Extensions This service has a 3-hour minimum for virtual sessions and a 4-hour minimum for in-person sessions. If we go over your booked time, additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate and invoiced after the session. Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the end of the session. Any approved add-on services completed after the session will be invoiced separately. No-Shows If you do not attend your appointment or fail to communicate, the booking will be marked as a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited. Weather + Safety If unsafe weather or conditions impact an in-person service, we’ll reschedule at no charge.
